What the warranty may cover

• Manufacturing defects
• Movement issues not caused by misuse
• Approved faults in materials or assembly

What the warranty does not cover

• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, dents, or accidental damage
• Water damage outside the stated water resistance rating
• Strap wear from normal use
• Damage caused by misuse, impact, or improper handling
• Damage caused by third-party repair or modification
• Loss, theft, or cosmetic changes over time

Authenticity Certificates

Some Nine11 limited edition pieces may include certificates, serial numbers, or authenticity cards. These confirm the identity and edition status of the watch. They are separate from the product warranty.
