- Is the engraving permanent?
- Yes. Fiber-laser etched into the steel caseback — it won't fade or rub off.
- Can I return an engraved watch?
- Engraved pieces are made-to-order and can't be returned for change-of-mind. Manufacturing defects are always covered.
- Do you engrave emoji or logos?
- Text and standard numerals only. For custom marks or logos, contact our concierge for a quote.
- Can I send Arabic from my phone?
- Yes — paste it in the field above or send it via WhatsApp. We render it in our atelier Kufi.
