سياسة الإلغاء والاسترجاع للطلبات المدفوعة عبر تمارا وتابي
في حال تم الدفع باستخدام تمارا أو تابي، تنطبق سياسة الإلغاء والاسترجاع الخاصة بناين ١١ بالإضافة إلى الشروط والأحكام الخاصة بمزود خدمة الدفع.
إذا مر أكثر من 3 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب، ورغب العميل في إلغاء الطلب أو إرجاعه، فيمكن تقديم طلب الاسترجاع وفقاً لشروط سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال لدينا، بشرط أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وغير مفتوح وبحالته الأصلية، مع كامل التغليف والملحقات.
في حال استيفاء شروط الاسترجاع، سيتم استرداد المبلغ المستحق للعميل بعد خصم أي رسوم إدارية أو تكاليف معالجة مرتبطة بالطلب، إذا كانت هذه الرسوم قابلة للتطبيق.
يتم تنفيذ عملية الاسترداد من خلال تمارا أو تابي وفقاً لإجراءات مزود خدمة الدفع، وقد يختلف وقت ظهور المبلغ المسترد حسب مزود الخدمة والبنك.
لا تنطبق أي رسوم إدارية في الحالات التي يكون فيها المنتج معيباً أو غير مطابق للمواصفات المتفق عليها، وذلك وفقاً للحقوق والأنظمة المعمول بها في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

Returns & Cancellations for Tamara &Tabby Orders
When payment is made using Tamara or Tabby, Nine 11's cancellation and return policy applies in addition to the terms and conditions of the payment provider.
If more than 3 days have passed from the date the order was received and the customer wishes to cancel or return the order, a return request may be submitted in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy, provided that the product is unused, unopened, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and accessories.
If the return conditions are met, the eligible refund amount will be processed after deducting any applicable administrative or order processing fees.
Refunds for orders paid through Tamara or Tabby will be processed through the relevant payment provider according to their procedures. The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on the payment provider and the customer's bank.
No administrative fees will apply where the product is defective or does not conform to the agreed specifications, subject to the applicable consumer rights and laws of the United Arab Emirates.
